The location of the accommodation was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. the staff was friendly and tried to accommodate our needs as best as they could given the circumstances.

Our experience at the accommodation was not as expected. We were initially informed that there were some issues with one of the apartments and were offered to share an apartment instead.

The location of this guesthouse is ideal, with easy access to nearby Rosa Hermosa condominium complex. the apartment we stayed in had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing enough space for our group. Despite the initial issues with mold in the ceiling, the room was comfortable and equipped with a refrigerator. the staff made efforts to resolve any problems we encountered, including providing working wifi upon request. the security at the complex was also helpful and accommodating.

The service at the guesthouse was lacking, as they failed to provide the necessary linens for one of the bedrooms and were unable to unlock the safety box.

Convenient location close to restaurants and nightlife. Easy access to transportation. the room had a kitchenette which was great for preparing meals.

Our original accommodation was not available upon arrival and we were offered a different property. the apartment we were given was not up to standard, with mold in the ceiling and damp towels.
